Rhythms Del Mundo Monarch in South Park...

You have to check out Rhythms Del Mundo featuring Coldplay, Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs... It's great fusion songs and Dimples will appreciate that it's saving the planet too with £2 of each sale donated to the Artist Project Earth charity. Years ago I picked up on Buena Vista Social Club but this takes that one step further and brings it to the masses as we all know these popular songs already. This morning on the Radio 1 breakfast show, Chris Moyles was getting Comedy Dave to try and guess the tracks, some of them took a while sounding "it's on the tip of my tongue" familiar! It's going to be the sound track to the summer I suspect, makes you wanna order Corona in the bar with a lime wedge in the top!!
I have not watched it yet but South Park's latest Eps features the Queen committing suicide in some 24 parody so that is on my list to watch this weekend, along with Lost, Weeds, Smallville, etc! I assume a big deal will be made about it here!
Well there you have it, another week gone. I am ill (Glandular fever finally peaking, stuffy nose, raw throat, sore head, dodgy belly, cough, blah!) so lying low this weekend. Go check out that CD, you will not regret it and it will make you smile all weekend, it's certainly lifting my sprits!
